I PROVIDED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS OR WRONG SIZE ! 

Please send us the correct information as soon as possible via our contact form. If your order hasn't been processed yet we will be in a position to adapt. If your order has already been shipped, contact us and we will see if there is anything we can do. We understand how frustrating it can be to pay for something you won't be able to use.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY MAIL CONFIRMATION, WHERE IS IT ?

We suggest to look for it in your SPAM folder where it might have end up.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER, WILL I GET IT ?

We will send you the tracking number(s) as soon as your order is out for deliveries.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING DID I GET THE CORRECT NUMBER?

It usually take some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the tracking site.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY GOODIES ?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. Don't worry, we will make sure all your items are delivered to the provided address!
